New York City - Day 1

I'm in love with a new city, full of culture and rich with history. Being in a new place encourages me to broaden my perspective on life, on my life. My dreams seem attainable. My arms embrace opportunity. And my future will be rich, full of love and happiness.

My first day in New York is exactly what I needed. It is the beginning of an experience of a lifetime. I'm welcoming it all.

The airport is warm. The people are friendly to me, rich with passion. The streets are lively. And the smells all of a sudden are familiar. It's inviting.

I'm fortunate to have my cousin Tes and her husband James welcome me into their home. I'm more than grateful.

I'm open to it all and will have the time of my life.

SAN RAMON Sale: 9/20/09

Another successful event! This one was particularly important because I was able to get different age groups to buy clothes they never thought would suit them. I was able to touch yet another market.

Preparation for GRAVITY: the GREAT escape

When I have an event, I work like crazy. I don't focus on anything else and concentrate on the clothes and getting each piece ready for the sale.

I put my blood and sweat into this - that's why it's going to fly.

MYSTERY SPOT: Santa Cruz, CA

(My Adventure SPOTS: specific places that inspire me. Oddly, the Mystery Spot is one of them)

This place is OFF! My equilibrium was upset, my feet slipped and slided, and my head pounded. BUT, it was OFF. There's something about the mystery spot that makes me wonder about our world. It just doesn't make sense BUT yet it exists. Some things just are. Some things just be. Some things have no answer.
